Nurse Offers Presentation on Stress and How to Manage Stress

Stress is the cause for 75%-90% of all physician office visits. 43% of adults suffer adverse health affects from stress. Ms. Corriveau will be discussing what are stressors, how to deal with stress, super foods, exercise and humor.
