The Heart Institute at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Introduces New Cardiovascular Support Group

Hudson, FL (September 7, 2009) - On Wednesday, September 16, at 3:30 p.m. our Heart 2 Heart Cardiovascular Support Group meeting will take place at the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Conference Center located on the campus of the hospital at 14000 Fivay Road in Hudson.
Our topic this month is Exercise, diet and Your heart.
Our featured speakers include: Nationally certified trainers from Family Fitness Centers will present on safe and exciting exercise techniques for the cardiac patient including the use of bands, balls and light weights. They will also demonstrate an interactive exercise session done from a chair as well as a modified yoga presentation. In addition, these trainers will educate about your target heart rate, safe exercise, diet and natural health practice for the GI tract. Everyone in attendance will receive a free pass to Family Fitness which includes a fitness assessment and a personal training session with a certified trainer. Furthermore, we will be raffling off a free One month Wellness Packages to Family Fitness as well as other exciting door prizes.
