Hudson, FL (December 21, 2009) — Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point was recognized at a Performance Achievement Award Recognition Ceremony on November 16, 2009 in Orlando, FL. at the American Heart Association’s (AHA’s) 2009 Annual Scientific Sessions, attended by approximately 23,000 physicians, nurses and scientists, for winning “Performance Awards” in all three “Get with the Guidelines” quality performance measures (coronary artery disease, heart failure and stroke). Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point was recognized for being one among only twenty seven participating hospitals, in the nation, to achieve this level of excellence, in 2008.
