Hudson, FL -- (December 29, 2009) -- Karen Dixon, a Certified Physicians Assistant, skilled in the care of the cardiac patient is the featured speaker for an upcoming lecture on The Basics of Heart Failure.
Karen is a graduate of Washington University in Washington, D.C. She is a Physicians Assistant in Cardiac Surgery and has been an employee of HCA for 16 years. Karen will be presenting information on the basics of heart failure, including signs and symptoms, risk factors, medication and prevention.
The presentation is hosted by the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Heart to Heart Cardiovascular Support Group and will take place at the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Conference Center, which is located on the campus of the hospital at 14000 Fivay Road in Hudson, on Wednesday, January 20 at 3:30 p.m.
