Hudson, Florida (August 29, 2008) On August 9, the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Volunteer Organization announced the winner of their "5 Star Teen Volunteer of the Year Award". The award was presented as part of the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Points' Annual Teen Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon & Awards Ceremony.
Joshua Roberts was presented with the "5 Star Teen Volunteer of the Year Award" Josh started volunteering at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in June of 2006 and has volunteered 270.47 hours. Josh has a very outgoing and helpful personality. The adults that volunteer on his shift are always glad to see Josh because they know he will work hard. Josh knows when to have fun and when to get serious. He works primarily on Saturday evenings as a courier. He helps to discharge patients and run errands. Josh is interested in politics and has gone to Washington D.C. for the past two summers as a Congressional aide.
