Hudson,  Spring Hill, & Crystal River, Florida - Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point – Oak Hill Hospital announce that they will collaborate on the next For Your Health community education series:  Advanced Cardiothoracic Surgical Procedures to be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at Plantation Inn in Crystal River, 9301 West Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, Florida 34429.

N. Rattehalli, MD and V. Antoine Keller, MD will present “Atrial Fibrillation – The treatment for irregular heart rhythm plus new techniques in performing complex heart surgery.”

Dr. Rattehalli and Dr. Keller are both board certified in cardiovascular surgery and board certified in thoracic surgery. They are on staff at Oak Hill Hospital and Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point. Dr. Rattehalli will present an innovative breakthrough procedure for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.  This less invasive treatment option provides excellent quality outcomes and significant patient benefits such as less pain and shorter recovery time. Dr. Keller will discuss new techniques and methods of performing complex heart surgery utilizing minimally invasive techniques with very small incisions.
