Password for Patient Health Information

At admission, every patient is given a confidential password. Patients are told to share it with people they want to receive their confidential patient health information. Nurses and staff can provide information about the patient’s health ONLY to persons who know the password. This password is only for verbal communication regarding treatment or payment during this hospital stay. It will not be honored once the patient is discharged. Remember, our staff will not release health information without this password.

General Visiting Hours: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm daily

We ask that only two persons visit a patient at one time and that the Nursing Supervisor be notified prior to a visit by a child under 12.

Entrance Hours

  • Entrance A - 6:00 am - 9:00 pm
  • Entrance B - 6:00 am - 9:00 pm
  • Entrance C - 24 hours
  • Entrance D - 5:00 am - 5:30 pm weekdays; closed weekends
  • Entrance E - 6:00 am - 9:00 pm

Critical Care (CCU, CSU, and SICU) Visiting Hours

Critical care visitation is limited to two members of the immediate family for 15 minutes. Visiting hours may change due to the patient’s condition. We encourage families to appoint one person to handle all telephone communication between critical care units and the family. To ensure patients’ privacy, no visitors are allowed in the units during shift change.

  • 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
  • 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
