Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point's "Radiation Right" Safety Poster to be Recognized at the National Patient Safety Foundation (NPSF) Annual Congress

Hudson/Tampa Bay, FL – Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point announces that its “Radiation Right” safety poster will be recognized and presented at the National Patient Safety Foundation Annual Congress to be held from May 14 – May 16 at Sea World Renaissance in Orlando, Florida. The National Patient Safety Foundation solicits both research and solutions poster presenters annually. Abstracts undergo a review by the Congress Planning Committee members. Some of the requirements include:

  • Significance of work to the field
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Writing Quality

Of all the posters and abstracts submitted for consideration, Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point’s poster, describing the success of their broad scope Radiation Safety Program, was one of those selected for presentation during this year’s NPSF Congress in Orlando. The poster illustrates Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point’s “Radiation Right” program from early conceptualization and includes many highlights of program components and its ongoing evolution.
