You will be required to complete several documents in order to comply with our new hire employment process. To request these prior to your appointment, please contact Human Resources.
Please remember to bring with you to your new hire appointment the following:
- Completed Documentation
- Identification (See list of acceptable documents attached to I-9 form),
- Certifications (RMCBP requires American Heart Association BLS and ACLS)
- Valid Licensure
- Voided check for direct deposit
